Dave Dabney graduated with a building science degree from Auburn University. His background is in the commercial and industrial building industry. He founded Dabney Homes, Inc. as a result of his love for the individual "hands-on" attention he is able to give and the rapport with customers. It is his belief that a "quality" home is still important to people and communication is key! His two sons, Nicholas and Dustin, assist in the daily operations. He is married to Sherry, who as his partner and assistant, handles the bookkeeping phase. He has two granddaughters, Madison and McKensie.
David Latham Homes, LLC
David Latham has spent a lifetime building houses, so it was only natural for him to open his own homebuilding business. From a young age, David remembers being taught by his father the importance of quality workmanship and doing your personal best! It is this philosophy that is the foundation of David Latham Homes, LLC. David not only personally supervises each home, he designs most of the homes he builds. He and his wife, Debra, reside in Hoover.

Jim Schilleci brings many years of experience in personalized home design and construction. Jim is a former Parade of Homes Award winner, who specializes in creating custom homes in our community. Knowing how important a home is to a family, he strives to provide individuality and warmth, as well as performance.

Robert Johnson has as his mission building top quality, highly valued homes that satisfy the wishes of his clientele. Known for flexibility and integrity, he is proud to be able to provide personal supervision throughout the building process.
Robert holds a B.S. degree in business with an accounting major
from the University of Alabama. Having a background in the building industry for
many years, he left the corporate world to become a full-time custom
homebuilder. He has acquired a long list of satisfied customers and is a repeat Parade of Homes Award winner.
